Site Import preserves the structure of a site as it imports it. Once brought into Dreamweaver, open up Site Map view to get a visual representation of the site. Want to explore a site locally? Just preview any page in the browser and follow the links.

Whether you're importing a single page or an entire site, Site Import is completely configurable. Bring in the whole site, just the branch of a site or further limit your selection to specific file types.

Get multiple domains in a single step

The more websites grow the more likely they will branch off to various subdomains for more efficient maintenance. Site Import now gives you the power to retrieve content stored on domains linked from the main site. Better still, you can import as many related domains as you like—just list them in the Site Import wizard and let Site Import do the rest.

Templates magically recreated

Dreamweaver templates are widely used by expert designers. Now you can automatically rebuild those templates with Site Import. Just check the option in the wizard to Recreate templates and Site Import will regenerate any templates with child pages on the site.
