License Agreement and Terms of Use for our Free Website Templates

In order to download any of our website and Dreamweaver templates, you must agree to the following terms:

1. You must leave the links in the template footer intact and unaltered. You cannot change the link URL for the links or modify the linking code in any way. You cannot change the CSS styles for the links or attempt to hide the links.

2. You cannot sell our templates, give our templates away or claim them to be your own. You will not offer our templates for download on any other website whether owned by you or not.

3. You cannot use our templates for website that promote software piracy, warez, torrents or other illegal file sharing. Our templates cannot be used for pornographic or obscene websites or any other website that promotes hatred, bigotry or oppression.

4. You cannot link directly to our template download files, but you may link to our template page here: http:www.justdreamweaver.com/dreamweaver-templates.html

5. All templates remain the copyright of Advantus Media, Inc. and JustDreamweaver.com. Any use of our templates that violates the above terms will result in legal action. If you wish to remove the links back to JustDreamweaver.com, purchase a license to use our templates.
