Our experience with BlueHost has been nothing but postitive. We began using BlueHost in the Spring of 2008 when we were looking for reliable hosting companies that could handle Flexibility Theme without any server modifications. BlueHost was one of the hosting companies that worked perfectly with the theme right out of the box.
SimpleScripts makes installation easy
BlueHost uses SimpleScripts, which is a third party script installation and update service that was developed by one of BlueHosts former employees. SimpleScripts is free to BlueHost users, and only costs $15 a year to use with other hosting providers.
SimpleScripts makes installing scripts such as Joomla, WordPress or a variety of ecommerce platforms very simple. You simple tell it where your site is located, your login information, and SimpleScripts handles all the installation for you. SimpleScripts has an advantage over other installers such as Fantastico in that they work very closely with opensource developers, and they are usually the first to have updates available for installation.
Recommended by many top opensource developers
BlueHost is recommended by many of the most popular opensource software providers because they are attentive to the needs of their users. They keep their scripts up-to-date and make sure their servers can handle the newest releases.
Tech support is not outsourced overseas
One of the most irritating issues with other hosting companies is when they decide outsourcing their tech support is a good thing. Sure it's cheaper, but when the majority of their users are English-speaking, and their tech support barely passed English as a Second Language 101, it can be very frustrating. BlueHost makes tech support a priority, and their customer retention reflects the satisfaction in their hosting.
BlueHosts uses proprietary resource allocation
One of the biggest problems with shared hosting plans is when you have a few sites on a server that hog the resources, leaving the other sites to pay the performance penalty. BlueHost has developed a way to isolate the resource hogs in real time, and isolate them in a VPS-like environment. This results in much better CPU allocation to the other sites on the server, and better performance for all hosted websites.

I have no problem highly recommending BlueHost as a reliable Dreamweaver web host. Their support is excellent, they're on the cutting edge of technology, and SimpleScripts is just the icing on the cake.

InMotion Hosting
We host several Dreamweaver sites with InMotion Hosting, and decided to really put them to the test and see if they were worthy of being included on our Dreamweaver web hosting page.
To make a long story short, we were so impressed with their service (Darin Hardy and Alyssa Hastings), support (AJ in tech support), and promptness of returning emails and phone calls that we decided they deserved to be one of our two recommended Dreamweaver web hosts.
You don't always get personal service from the large hosting companies, and InMotion really went out of their way to accomodate us and for that they earn our recommendation for web hosting. InMotion treats their customers like you expect to be treated, and they go out of their way to make sure your requests are met.
Recently, one of our InMotion hosted sites was using a little too much CPU due to an overly active WordPress forum plugin we were using at the time, and they took the liberty of moving the site temporarily to another server so the site would not go down.
There was no down time for our site, and they have an incredible resource in Vanessa Vasile, their system administrator. She called me and referred me to one of their online documents that she actually wrote, that determined the cause of the problem to be the plugin. Once we removed the offending plugin, our site was moved back to it's original server, again with no interuption in service. Once again, InMotion reaffirmed my recommendation as one of the best web hosting companies around.
Personal, Business Class, VPS and Dedicated Plans
InMotion has a variety of hosting plans to choose from including cheap web hosting plans, business class web hosting, virtual private servers and dedicated servers. We signed up for their Business Class Pro account, which allows us to host up to 16 websites on the same account. There are no caps on bandwith or server space, unlimited subdomains and unlimited parked domains.
InMotion also offers their personal or cheap web hosting accounts, but for the minimal price difference you would be better off just going with one of the full-featured business class accounts.
Not a low-cost, no-support hosting company
InMotion Hosting is not a dirt cheap hosting company where they claim to have hundreds of thousands of websites hosted. Their goal is to provide top notch customer service and for that you may pay a little bit extra. From our experience with InMotion, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable Dreamweaver website hosting or ANY web hosting for that matter.
US-based tech support
As with BlueHost, InMotion Hosting puts a priority on top-notch tech support. Their support centers are all based in the good 'ole US of A, so conversing with tech support doesn't require a translator.
